As Christ transforms us, through worship and mission, we transform our world.

Who we are

We value friendliness and hospitality… We are not a club.

We are a church without walls…We are not a building.

We embrace God in all people…We do not presume to bring God to others.

It is bigger than us…We are not alone.

We are changing…We are not a relic.

We challenge one another with openness…We do not always agree with one another.

We are risk-takers…We are not passive.

God is not finished with us yet…We are not perfect.

Here are some of the ways we put our Core Values into practice:
St. Mark’s Food Shelfopen Mondays 11:30 to 12:30, staffed by volunteers and supported by weekly donations of food and money from members of the congregation, as well as from Vermont Food Bank.

Souper Lunch – offered the last Tuesday of every month from 12:00 to 1:00, cooked and served by St. Mark’s
volunteers.  We welcome any and all to a free hot lunch. Go to "Things Upcoming" for more information.

Silent Meditation - Wednesday afternoons
2:00 to 3:00 pm in the church, all who wish to spend an hour of quiet meditation, are welcome to attend.

Open Door – we offer the building for two AA groups, an Al-anon group, and a publicly funded support group.

Support of the Foster Care Program - by donating on the second Sunday of the month, items needed by children in foster care.
